Every party (Owner/s, Tenant/s and Witnesses) MUST have UID-Aadhaar and PAN card. PAN card is optional for Witnesses.
Yes! In E-registration you can add multiple owners as well as tenants. All must have UID Aadhaar and PAN card.
We send the soft copy via email by default. On request we also send hard copies, delivery time depends on your location.
After submission, the department reviews, verifies and registers. Ideally you will receive it within 2–4 business working days.
Only two witnesses are required. Both witnesses should be provided by you and both parties should mutually decide. The witness must have their Aadhaar card number.
For submission, a GRN number is required which you can generate by paying directly to Government of Maharashtra. To facilitate further, we can do it on your behalf at FREE OF COST, without any commission.
